Casa Mar Vista is a timeless 1960s California retreat with sweeping views, a spacious backyard with a hot tub, and a trampoline for the kiddos. Centrally located near the beach, San Diego Safari Park, Lego Land, world renowned breweries, and other top attractions. This home serves as your serene Southern California sanctuary. The space Escape the hustle and bustle in this tranquil, inviting mid-century gem. Designed with an open floor plan, the house is filled with natural light from large windows and skylights. Perched on a hillside, it offers stunning valley views from the deck, living room, kitchen, and most bedrooms, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. The bright, open kitchen features a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with a variety of cooking essentials and modern appliances. The open layout ensures you're always connected with family and friends, watching a movie while cooking up a storm. The large living room has ample comfortable seating on the leather sofa for relaxing with friends and family while playing a board game, watching a movie, or enjoying the wood-burning fireplace. The primary suite features an ensuite bath with a private outdoor shower and direct access to the patio and hot tub. The shared 2nd bath has a deep soaker tub and shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and organic toiletries. All four bedrooms offer high-quality mattresses, down pillows, and natural cotton-linen bedding. Each room has its own AC/heat controls and ceiling fan. The back deck is perfect for barbecues, with a gas grill, picnic table, and a custom-built outdoor daybed surrounded by passion fruit vines. Below the deck, there's a grassy lawn with a trampoline and fruit trees. We provide beach essentials: a cooler, chairs, boogie boards, a portable grill, and kids' toys by the court yard fountain. Guest access The whole house, front and back yards are yours to enjoy! The garage is locked and not available for guests to use. The owner has access to the lower adjacent property. This will not disturb you or encroach on your privacy. Other things to note We are dog friendly, there is a $50 pet fee. Please notify us if you will be bringing a pet in your reservation request, and include basic information about the size, breed, and personality. Quiet Hours: 10 PM-7 AM (Per City of Vista ordinance) No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors. No parties, events, or unregistered guests. We welcome clean, quiet, and conscientious guests. Only the guests on the reservation should occupy the home, with the primary renter being 25 or over unless approved. Maintaining the home's integrity and security is a top priority, ensuring a positive relationship with neighbors.
