Man Cave Room on the Ranch, Crawford, Colorado

Private room (in the basement) in our house. We are in an isolated mountain valley, on a gravel road. Guests have their own private living space with a Roku smart TV, cheap pool table, and ping pong table topper, their own bathroom and a bedroom. The kitchen, our living room and front deck upstairs are shared. Travel times can be longer than expected. Check the “Where you’ll be” section below for travel times to popular destinations. Early or late check in might be available by request. The space The Man Cave is three rooms. A private living space/game room, the bedroom and bathroom are in the basement level of our house. There is satellite tv, a cheap pool table/ping pong table and dart board. We use the stairs only to get to the garage. Guest access Entrance is through our front or back door and down the stairs to the Man Cave. We greet our guests and show them their private room and the shared spaces (kitchen, our living room, front deck, yard) when they arrive. Once guests check in they are free to come and go as they please. There is a barbed wire fence around our “yard,” about 2.75 acres. Guests are free to explore the yard, but there can be livestock outside the yard, and we ask guests check with us before venturing further. During your stay We live in the house and are as available as guests would like us to be. We love meeting new people from new places, but if a guest wants privacy, they will have it in the Man Cave and their room. The kitchen, our living room, front deck, fire pit and laundry room are shared spaces between us and other guests in other rooms in the house. Other things to note Our dogs are very friendly. They will bark when you arrive though. Your dog is allowed in your room but our dogs are not allowed in the guest rooms. Please do not feed them or encourage them to jump on you. We have 4 outside cats. They are not allowed in the house. Check in is between 4pm and 9pm. Please do not arrive outside of these hours without requesting first. Map apps/GPS are usually inaccurate.
