Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Fireplace is not for guest use. Guest access You'll enter through the keypad on the front door. Enter your access code - the green light on the Schlage button will flash to confirm it's accepted. If the light flashes red, wait 5 seconds and try again. Once the code is accepted, rotate the deadbolt under the keypad away from the door frame to unlock it, then open the door. When you leave, press the Schlage button, rotate the deadbolt toward the door frame to engage it, and make sure it's locked - the door doesn't lock automatically. Standard check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. If early check-in or late checkout is available for your dates, you'll receive an email or text offer. Other things to note You can enjoy the hot tub during your stay - just remember to secure the lid with the straps and weights when you're not using it, as the wind off the pond can blow it away.
