Minutes from Baytown, 20 min from Downtown Houston, 30 min to Kemah & NASA, 20 min to Extreme ATV Off Road Sports and Beach in Crosby. This is a 2 story duplex with both bedrooms upstairs. The units are very well seperated and insulated. The space Ypu will park on the grass driveway and plug your electric car into the EV charger. Inside, this side of the duplex has a comfortable Texas themed living room & chefs kitchen. Full laundry. Full bathroom w/ tub downstairs. Upstairs there's a kingsized bedroom and a NASA themed trundled twin sized bedroom. Full bath with walk in shower. On the landing there's a comfortable desk to sit at for working. Covered balcony completes the upstairs. Large front yard, large fenced in backyard with a covered porch and gas BBQ grill. Guest access You will be leasing out the side without a garage. You will be given a door code to access the property. Other things to note The other unit is a 3 bedroom unit with an attached garage. It is fixed in a Beatles theme. If noone is staying there you may also use that driveway. We will let you know if it becomes booked during your stay.
