Wilderness Beachfront, Treehouse Cove Glamping lodge, located 2 miles S of beautiful Seldovia, Alaska. Water access only, in stunning Seldovia Bay! A waterfall out back, ocean bay out front, a Glamping adventurer’s dream! Transportation included from Seldovia Harbor. ,Seldovia is an easy fast ferry ride from Homer, Alaska. Seldovia the last authentic Alaskan Village still undiscovered by throngs of cruise ship tourists! A Kayakers paradise. Come stay at our little slice of Heaven. The space Situated high above the ground in between two massive Sitka Spruce trees, next to a mountain stream, this is a one of a kind experience. Large 14 x 28 deck with a 14 x 16 house. We can sleep up to 2 -4 guests. Limited cell coverage. Verizon works great, ATT spotty. Cold water piped into treehouse. Outdoor kitchen with cooking basics. Food and guided adventures not provided with the basic Glamping option. Compost separator privy on deck. Outhouse on property. Shower available. No flush toilets. Water can be heated on outdoor kitchen cook top. BBQ grill on decks. Propane fire feature/ heater on deck. Comfy Queen bed, two singles in loft. Guest access Transportation to Seldovia not included in Basic Glamping price. RT adult fares run about $90 per person. Seldovia Bay Ferry is located in the East side of Homer Harbor and it’s a 45 minute ride to Seldovia Harbor. Captain Scott will meet you at the Seldovia harbor, where you can either explore the wonderful village of Seldovia, get a bite at the many excellent eateries, shop, or explore Seldovia Beaches. Or Captain Scott will transport you directly to the Eagle’s Nest Treehouse. Water taxi to and from Seldovia included in price. Treehouse Cove is accessed by (provided) skippered skiff, and will require off loading on the beach. Suitable all weather foot ware and layered clothing is a must have. This is a rustic wilderness lodge not suitable for those that are not adventurous, ambulatory or are health compromised. It requires accessing the treehouse, by a moderately steep, uneven path, and climbing steep stairs to access the treehouse deck. Captain Scott will help coordinate logistics and transport you from Seldovia Harbor to Treehouse Cove. He is available for daily water taxi (included) to Seldoiva for daily self guided hiking, beach combing, and discovering Seldovia’s many culinary delights and shops. Other things to note We can add additional guests to you stay for a 25% discount per guest charge, with advanced notice. Entire lodge available upon request. Up to 6 people.
