This work occurs on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM and may result in construction noise, dirt, and dust. To compensate for any potential inconvenience, your stay during this period is offered at a significantly discounted rate. You will still have full access to the beach, pools, and all amenities. Mandatory Resort Fee: The Homeowners Association (HOA) requires a one-time, non-negotiable fee of $40, payable directly to the front desk upon check-in. This fee covers one (1) parking permit for the duration of your stay and wristbands for all registered guests to access the pools and resort amenities.
