From October 1 to March 31 Regency Towers will be performing exterior concrete work on the front side of the premises and at all levels. This is your chance to get a deeply discounted rate but keep that same beach, same pool and same views on the Gulf. Construction noise, dirt and dust will be from 8am - 5pm randomly throughout the low season. Two set of Beach Lounge Chairs & Umbrellas is included! (Thru Oct 2025) HOA one time $40 fee for one parking permit and pool wristbands at check in. Guest access During your stay, guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo, ensuring a private and comfortable environment for your enjoyment. You'll have the freedom to relax and make yourself at home in every corner of the space. Please note that there is one small closet located at the entryway that will not be accessible to guests. This space is reserved for specific purposes and will remain off-limits during your stay. Apart from this designated area, the entirety of the condo is yours to explore and enjoy.
