Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo, providing a private and comfortable space to relax and feel right at home throughout your stay. Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire condo unit, with the exception of a small, locked owner's closet. You will also have full access to the fantastic resort amenities, including: Direct beach access via a private wooden walkway Two large outdoor swimming pools A dedicated kiddie pool An indoor hot tub A vibrant poolside bar Complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrellas (seasonally available from March to October) Other things to note Off-Season Maintenance Notice: Please be aware that from October 1st to March 31st, the building exterior will be undergoing maintenance. This work occurs on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM and may result in construction noise, dirt, and dust. To compensate for any potential inconvenience, your stay during this period is offered at a significantly discounted rate. You will still have full access to the beach, pools, and all amenities. Mandatory Resort Fee: The Homeowners Association (HOA) requires a one-time, non-negotiable fee of $40, payable directly to the front desk upon check-in. This fee covers one (1) parking permit for the duration of your stay and wristbands for all registered guests to access the pools and resort amenities.
