Bon Bini! Welcome to apartment Mariposa on the gated resort Jan Sofat Luxury! Mariposa offers the perfect accommodation for anyone who is looking for s comfortable and quiet place to stay on Curacao. Just 10 minutes driving to Jan Thiel, so it's a great base for a stay on the beautiful island Curacao. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious living room with French doors, which makes the room one, with the spacious terrace when you open the doors. With a children's play corner and a refreshing swimming pool with paddling pool, there is always something to do for everybody. This also makes this accommodation very suitable for children. You can enjoy on your own terrace overlooking a beautiful garden full of butterflies, flowers and tropical plants. The spacious living room with open kitchen provides an open connection with the indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a Quooker, a dishwasher, a combination microwave, induction hob and an American refrigerator with freezer. The house is equipped with 220 volt sockets. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, private bathroom and comfortable double beds. An additional bed in one of the bedrooms is bookable. We can accommodate 5 guests. The outdoor area offers a nice lounge set and dining area where you can enjoy the cool wind breeze which is always present. Guest access We recommend you to rent a car during your stay. Everything is close by, but not within walking distance and public transport is minimal. Parking is free and secured at Jan Sofat Luxury. We will arrange the access pass for our guests. Other things to note Please note that our rates are including the costs of water usage. Electricity however is not included in the room rate. The costs for electricity are € 0,50 per KwH. The average use is approximately 10KwH per night per room (when the airconditioning runs for 8 hours at 25 degrees Celsius). The deposit is USD 300 / 300 euros. This must be credited to the account no later than 48 hours prior to check-in. After check-out, the deposit will be deducted with the costs for electricity consumption (and any damage). Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 working days after check-out. Tourist tax Curacao has a tourist tax of 7% and this must be paid separately from the reservation. Bedlinen, towels and kitchen towels are included. If you stay longer than a week, it is possible to book an extra cleaning for €95 (including bedlinen, towels and kitchen towels).
