The space Living Area, Kitchen & Dining: The heart of the cottage is the open-concept living area, kitchen, and dining space. Relax on the futon in the living area while enjoying lake views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Gather around the dining table that seats four, or enjoy al fresco dining on the screened-in porch with seating for six. Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, complete with a dresser and closet for your belongings. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, with the added convenience of a trundle bed underneath one, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Bathroom: The cottage has one full bathroom equipped with a convenient shower-tub combination. Lake-Level Game Room & Laundry Head downstairs to the "fun zone!" This semi-finished space is perfect for kids and adults alike, featuring a secondary living area with a TV, ping pong table, and darts. Whether you’re gathering for board games or a competitive card match, there’s plenty of room to relax. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also located here to handle all those wet lake towels. Outdoor Living & Lake Access Embrace the best of Lake Sinclair! Our newly renovated dock is the perfect spot to sunbathe or launch the included 2 kayaks for a morning paddle. The backyard—fenced on three sides—leads you directly to the water’s edge. Guest access You will have full, exclusive access to the entire cottage and property. We want you to feel right at home!
