Bougavillage_Villa Boa

Bougavillage was designed to enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Atitlán, in comfortable and minimalist spaces. Villa Boa has everything you need to enjoy an excellent stay: equipped kitchen, dining room, indoor and outdoor living room, showers overlooking the mountain, two bathrooms, WiFi and terraces. Bougavillage has direct access to the main road, parking for up to 14 vehicles and security cameras. The space Bougavillage is a set of 5 villas that are within the same building. All the villas have a stunning view of Lake Atitlán and have different attractions. Villa Boa has a loft-style design with the following layout: First Level: Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, 2 Full Bathrooms, Terrace with Jacuzzi Second Level: 1 bedroom with a queen size bed + 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 bed with a drawer, hammock and terrace with a viewpoint and telescope. Other things to note Features of the place As it is a mountainous area, you will find different species of flora and fauna. If you don't like adventure and nature, this may not be your place as you'll find different types of insects and lizards. Food: Our kitchen is very well-equipped and we have salt, sugar, oil, and olive oil. If you're going to cook, it's important to note that the nearest supermarket is in Panajachel (30 minutes away), so we recommend bringing the ingredients before you get there. You won't find convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance either. The nearest restaurant is a 10-minute drive away, and delivery services do not yet operate in the area. Please note this when planning your meals in advance. We'll gladly share a list of our recommendations. Design With a contemporary design and integrated into a rugged topography, Bougavillage offers a luxury amenities experience in a natural setting. Due to the same topography, you need to climb some stairs to get to the villas. If you have mobility limitations, we have an alternate access where there are fewer steps to climb. To take advantage of the wonderful views of Lake Atitlán, the design incorporates large windows and double heights. Most villas have an open loft-style design, as well as open bathrooms with contemporary and innovative designs. Connectivity Bougainvillea is located on the side of the road that connects San Antonio Palopó with Aldea Agua Escondida. Despite being a busy road, there are still stretches of dirt road so if you come in your own vehicle we recommend that it not be a low vehicle (it does not have to be a 4x4, but ideally a van or pickup type car). If you don't bring your own vehicle, it's important to note that there is no efficient public transport network in the Atitlán area. Uber or any other transportation app doesn't work either. To get to the Airbnb from Panajachel, Antigua or Guatemala City, we recommend arranging transportation with some private carriers referred by us.
