If you're visiting friends or family or conducting business, don’t miss out on Exeter’s vibrant murals, delicious dining, and picturesque downtown. Please note: This space is not ADA compliant. The space The Cabin Chic Loft beautifully combines comfort and charm: ---Main Bedroom: Relax in a stunning four-poster king-size bed with a memory foam mattress topper and cozy ORGANIC sheets. ---Living Area: Features a full-size pull-out sofa and a smart TV with Roku for your entertainment. Please note this pull-out sofa is a full size, therefore a bit small for grown adults. ---Convenience: Enjoy keyless entry for a hassle-free check-in experience. ---Connectivity: Stay connected with Wi-Fi and a smart TV, plus a projector and screen in the bedroom. ---Storage: Ample closet space with hangers in both rooms. After a day of exploring, unwind on your private, fenced whimsical patio, perfect for enjoying a cold drink or playing cornhole. This area is also great for kids! KITCHENETTE AMENITIES Our kitchenette is equipped for your convenience: ---Keurig Duo: Brew a single cup or a full pot of coffee, with complimentary coffee and tea provided. ---Cooking Essentials: Hot plate, frying pan, utensils, toaster, small fridge/freezer, and microwave. ---Snacks: Enjoy some granola bars and snacks on us! Important: There is NO kitchenette sink. But don't worry; simply place dirty dishes in the provided container—who wants to do dishes on vacation? We also provide 100% recyclable and compostable paper products for your convenience. Send me a message if you have a specific kitchenette request! BATHROOM The bright and airy bathroom includes a blow dryer and essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, and band-aids. WORK SPACE For those needing to catch up on work, a cozy desk space is set up in the upstairs loft bedroom, complete with fast Wi-Fi and office supplies (highlighters, calculator, pens, post-its). LOCATION & ACCESS Located in a safe neighborhood near a school, you’ll find grocery stores, fast food, and a laundromat nearby. If you’re staying for five nights or more, feel free to send me a message about laundry access! IMPORTANT: The Cabin Chic Loft features a beautiful, unique spiral staircase to gain access to the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. While it adds character to the space, it may not be suitable for everyone. The steps are a bit narrow and curved, which can be challenging for individuals with mobility issues or those who require additional support. This listing is not ADA compliant. You must climb the stairs in order to get to the bathroom. Guest access Parking: Private Parking under the carport/drive way to the right (east) of the house. There are two parking spots in the carport. The homeowners have the right-hand spot, while the left-hand spot is reserved for guests. You will then walk up the concrete walkway through the wood gate/fence into your unit. Other things to note The Cabin Chic Loft features a beautiful, unique spiral staircase to gain access to the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. While it adds character to the space, it may not be suitable for everyone. The steps are a bit narrow and curved, which can be challenging for individuals with mobility issues or those who require additional support. Because of the stair situation, this listing is not ADA compliant. You must climb the stairs in order to get to the bathroom.
