Step into this fully remodeled 1950’s cottage! Centrally located in Bristol, the historic downtown, Hard Rock Casino, Pinnacle shopping center, and Bristol Motor Speedway are all within a 15 minute drive or less! So many outdoor activities within reasonable driving distance including boating, swimming, hiking, biking, and fishing! The space There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed; an extra room with a daybed that can be a king bed or 2 twin beds and smart tv; a living room with a sofa, loveseat, and smart tv; a dining room with seating for 6 and a bar, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel like you’re at home, and a large laundry room. There is a large porch to sit and drink your coffee in the morning or just listen to the birds sing. Please treat it like you would your home. Please leave things the way they were when you arrived. Other things to note *Starter set of toiletries and towels will be provided. *A couple of clothes washing and dish washing pods will also be provided. *Cozy linens and blankets will be provided for all sleeping spaces including beds, daybed, and sofa. *We also provide a pack n play for your little one, so you don’t have to worry about it. *Regular donut shop coffee will be provided for the single serving Keurig with reusable cup *There is a Roku tv located in the living room and extra room with the daybed. Feel free to bring video games for kids to play! *There is WiFi throughout the home. *Closet space is limited. There is a dresser in each bedroom and a place to hang clothes if needed *There will be a 3 night minimum stay for the weekends of the Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion and the Fall NASCAR Weekend.
