Other things to note Please note that there may be some construction taking place in the back, near the water. Our home is also near the highway, so there may be some road noise from time to time. Inside the home is very quiet, and many guests report they couldn't hear any traffic or construction noise. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion-activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
