The space We are excited to offer our home for two overnight stays per month as well as for event rentals. Overnight Stays: • Nightly Rate: $500 with a minimum stay of one night. • Maximum Occupancy: Our home can accommodate up to 6 overnight guests, with 2 bedrooms featuring queen beds. You are welcome to bring air mattresses for additional comfort, but 6 is the maximum guest limit for overnight stays. • Parking: Street parking is strictly prohibited. The property can accommodate up to 20 vehicles in the driveway and lawn areas. Carpooling is highly encouraged. Events: • Event Rate: $150 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Discounts are available when combined with overnight stays. • Maximum Capacity: 60 guests for events, with 20 vehicles allowed on-site. Additional parking is available 6 minutes away at a nearby shopping center. Carpooling is highly recommended. • Event Types: We host a wide variety of events, including but not limited to birthday parties, engagement parties, baby showers, gender reveals, photo shoots, filming, luncheons, corporate retreats, and intimate weddings. • Event Staff: For all events, 1-2 event staff members are required to be present at no additional cost. They assist with logistics such as parking coordination, light cleaning, and maintaining restrooms.
