Please note, the heater can raise the temperature 20-25 degrees above the ambient air temperature, so on very cold days, the pool may not reach the set temperature. 🚩 For the comfort and safety of all guests, future guests, and owner, we do not allow pets on the premises due to potential allergens and odors. Violation of this policy incurs a $500 penalty and immediate reservation termination with no refund. 🚩 For the comfort and safety of all guests, future guests, and owner, no smoking or vaping is allowed inside. You will be charged up to $2000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the cabin. 🚩 Must be 23 to rent this property. 🚩 Note: Cancellation fee of 3% or $75, whichever is higher, will be applied to cancelled reservations. 🚩 We are unable to provide refunds due to snow, ice, inclement weather, and acts of God.
