Visit this renovated 3 bed, 1.5 bath! Offering a fun getaway for family & friends! Centrally-located in downtown Plymouth less than a mile walk from all restaurants, the locally famous Kellogg Park as well Old Village. A quick drive to St John’s and Fox Hills, as well as the airport, downtown Detroit and Ann Arbor! The space Property Details: Living Room: The living room has two cozy couches and two ottomans. We have a smart TV so you can cast whatever streaming service you would like by logging into your account. Supply Closet: The supply closet is right off the living room as you enter the main hallway. It contains all towels for bathroom and kitchen demands. Also fully stocked with board games and coloring books for the kiddos! Iron and steamer are kept in this closet as well. Kitchen: The kitchen overlooks the living room so you can socialize while cooking. We offer a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove top & oven, microwave, sink and garbage disposal, fridge as well as dishwasher. Additionally we have a toaster, crock pot and coffee maker. We have everything you need to cook meals at home, including: pots, pans, dishware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, mugs, eating utensils, cooking utensils, storage containers, serving platters & bowls as well as some essentials like salt, pepper and olive oil. Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms, two are on the main floor (one Queen and one Full) and the third is a loft upstairs (Queen). The primary loft includes TV with Chromecast to cast from your streaming apps, a desk for a dedicated workspace and a half bathroom. Please note there is not a door closing off the stairway leading to the primary loft. Bathrooms: The full bathroom is on the main floor. We include starter supplies in case anything gets left behind. The half bathroom is on the second floor. Backyard: Our back porch includes a love seat as well as a dining table. String lights surround the porch for ample lighting. We also have a fire pit for your enjoyment of the outdoors this summer! Private entry: Front and side door have smart locks for self check-in. Please note we do have Ring Cameras outside near our entries facing outward that will be on during reservation. Parking: Our driveway can fit up to 4 cars. Please do not park on the street overnight as you may get ticketed. Pets: We do allow one dog; please register your pet before booking. Please pick up pet waste in the yard. Laundry: Basement is unfinished, but accessible to guests for use of washer and dryer. Please do not enter cleaning supply closet as that is off limits to guests.
