The configuration in each home is: -King (with ensuite including soaking tub and walk-in shower) -Queen -Two Twins -Two Twins (downstairs by half bath) OUTDOOR SPACES Each yard has a hot tub (4 person), fire pit, and grill. One of the homes has a much larger private yard perfect for gathering your group to play cornhole (2 boards). MAIN FLOOR LIVING SPACES Each home has a large main floor open-concept living space with fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Dining tables in each home with seating for 6, plus seating for 2 more at the kitchen island. The living room has large flat screen smart TVs, spacious leather couches, and extra chairs for group gatherings. Guest access You'll have both homes to yourself include the private yards. Other things to note GUEST VERIFICATION Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. We ask that each guest complete this identification process and purchase either a deposit or waiver. The $500 deposit comes with a $15 transaction fee and the waiver costs a flat $35 to purchase. These costs are nonrefundable while the $500 deposit is refundable and will be released within 7-14 days after the reservation ends. This process is meant to protect both us as hosts and also you as a guest should unexpected damage occur on the property.
