The space Secluded and charming home in GORGEOUS middle Tennessee! With a view of pasture from the front porch and woods behind, you'll enjoy nature at it’s finest. This house is perfect for those seeking a relaxing weekend in the country. Watch long enough and you'll see deer, squirrels, turkeys and everything in between. Driveway grade is steep. 4WD is not necessary, but you must be comfortable navigating steep driveway. If you are not comfortable, there is parking at the road and you can walk down. Roughly 100 feet. This property has fully equipped kitchen, including Keurig and tea kettle, stocked with different coffees and teas. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, large living room and back deck for relaxing and soaking up nature. Guest access Entire house with exception of garage. Other things to note Please refrain from the backyard. The terrain is rather steep. We encourage you to enjoy the view from the deck. Property is not pet friendly as we have 2 large dogs on the property and we worry about the safety of other animals. No unauthorized guests. Parties are prohibited. There will be a $500 fee for any unauthorized guests during stay. Max 4 people at all times. There is a safety escape ladder on the back deck in case of an emergency.
