Rent Rvs & tents, dogs/horses love the large beach. Girls/boys teams/weddings,/family reunions, catering available. Lake open Memorial Day to Labor Day. No ballast boats. No lake access no kayaks after September 7. The space There are no paved sidewalks, ground is not level this is countryside. Dirt and or gravel paths. The 1 story house has 8 steps to the front porch. The front door has a smart lock with a 4 digit entry. No house keys to worry about. The living room is open to the large kitchen and dinning area, and has 2 long reclining leather sectional couches that seat 14, a large TV with free Roku, Prime, Disney. That Master bedroom has a king bed and a queen bed, dresser, TV and remote, closet, 2 windows, desk, printer, and a double vanity sink with shower, attached to the Bedroom, Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed, and I full bed, TV with remote, Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed and 1 full bed dresser, tv with remote. There is WiFi throughout. A shared laundry area and the house has use 4pm - 10 am. A barbecue, camping chairs, 2 picnic tables. Chickens run free, and like being feed left overs, quasi farm with chickens, ducks, goats, friendly cats, wild turkeys that pas through. Please read all pictures. The lake does not allow any ballast boats. We provide a shared non-notarized paddle boat and your 4 kayaks for guest. Please stay on our property and private beach. Going off our property into twin lakes property cost you $5 per car load per day. All items, inflatable’s, even in the unopened box need to be inspected at the boat inspection and twin lakes charges $15 per notarized boat and $5 per everything else per item in it’s going into the lake. No items that have been in muscle lakes can go into this lake. And again all toys going into the lake will need to be inspected as well We, the owners are former resort hotel owners, and caterers that live in the 3-storynext to the 1 level that you are renting. We love to help our guest create special memories, feel free to collude and plan with us. We rent out our cook to guest at extra charge. Catering nearby. Lakeside house, with designated parking for 4 outside front door. Extra parking for 20 more cars available on site for events . The lake is named Twin Lakes located in Clifton Idaho. We have several primitive areas for family reunions and our guest can bring extra guest that may bring 2 tents free. and stay at no additional charge for under a total of 15 people. Larger gatherings are available, at extra charges $10 per night per tent or car and $2 person after 15 people. We have an extra RV spot at the house that cost an extra $50 per night for the full hookup RV spot per day at the house. $20 extra RV on the Beach per day. Water and real bathrooms are only available at the house. There is no power nor water provided at the beach. There are 2 additional beach trailers powered by generator that we rent for $150 per night each. Weddings require booking at least 1 trailer and the house or both trailers. These events cost a little more. Our guest have the use of our coolers, 30 chairs, 7 tables, hammocks, kayaks, lif jackets, lanterns, canopies, at no additional charge when returned in good condition. We want our guest to have a great time and to be able to save a little money with us providing extras. This entire property in no smoking except at a campfire ring with an ashtray. Smoking outside of this area is a $500 fine and may cause you to be expelled from the property. All guest and their guest hold landlords, management and owners not liable for any damages, harm or injury. Life jackets must be worn when using our kayaks and boats. Children at the beach should wear life jackets. We have an area barbed wire fenced for horses if you choose to risk it. There’s no illegal activity allowed. In Idaho marajuna is illegal and you should be aware of local laws. The lake is open only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There are dirt trails for walking, and riding horses.
