Welcome to my relaxing, comfortable & cozy townhome! La Verne is a charming, quaint, safe town with an old town vibe, yet with all conveniences. Home is decorated in soothing earth tones with splash of color here & there! Two bedrooms, also a full-size air mattress. 1.5 baths, small yard, garage. Walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, shopping, & restaurants, everything is close by! This home has the comfort & conveniences you will love, and is quiet and serene. Complex is wonderful with 2 pools The space Downstairs: Comfortable living room with nice sunset view, storm door which keeps in or out heat and air by closing or opening the top half screen, and artificial fireplace. Kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and a dining area. Half-bath is downstairs. Sliding patio door opens to backyard from kitchen/dining area. Upstairs: Two bedrooms, master bedroom has queen bed, walk-in closet and vanity area. Full bathroom has two doors, one to master bedroom and one to hall. Second bedroom is one large room with two closets, a comfortable full-size futon with mattress topper, and room for provided full air mattress. Desk provides a separate workspace, and small secretary desk could also be used as a desk, or I have used as a sewing machine table. Printer/copier available for use. Backyard: About 20 feet by 20 feet with brick pavers, a small yard area that is planted with mint, and some potted plants (citrus and other). It is very low maintenance, on timers for watering , or you can do a little gardening if you like! Tenant is responsible for the small yard while you are there, but it really is designed for low maintenance. Two nice sitting areas to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine:) Garage is off of the yard, and this is how you’d usually enter the house. Newer garage door in. Garage keypad allows for first entry, with either patio door key or front door code. Some tools provided, most storage is locked. Washer/dryer are located in the garage. Ceiling fans are in dining room and both bedrooms, living room has a stand-up oscillating fan. Front door has keypad for entry, physical keys also available. AC and heat work great, there is an allowance of $100/month for electricity, $150 in the summer months, any overage paid by tenant. $100/month allowance for water/sewage/trash. Management fee of $5/night is refundable if electricity and water allowances don’t go over (allowances should be more than enough for your comfort!) Two community pools with gate access are available. $150 charge for lost pool key (per HOA guidelines), $100 charge for lost house keys. Garage has space for two regularly sized cars, not over-sized vehicles. Most SUVs fit. There is daytime parking within the complex, but not overnight. You can purchase City of La Verne parking permits for street parking if necessary. Guest access Nearly all available for access - downstairs closet is locked, and some of the garage storage cupboards are locked. Some garage/yard supplies available, with limited space for storage. Rafters unavailable for storage. Other things to note I am gone a lot, so thought I would rent it out to travel nurses and professionals, and those relocating or working remotely. Although I prefer renting to working professionals, remote or otherwise, of course I rent to others, too, such as people visiting family in the area.
