Garage level/back yard has a covered patio with table, gas grill, cafe lighting, cleaning station & dock. No access to garage. The space There is a large dock & 2 patios for your use, as well as stairs leading to the canal for easy swim & kayak access. No animals permitted Indoor: Large living area with comfortable seating and daybed that converts to a king. Dinning area that seats 6 and large fully equipped kitchen to do your own cooking if desired. Every room has a TV but the main living room is the only one set up with cable. Bring your firestick/roku for more options for bedroom tv. Spacious bathrooms and plenty of towels for your use. Outdoor: There are 2 tandem kayaks and 2 single kayaks for your use, as well as life jackets and paddles. There is an outdoor gas grill and table with seating area. Guest access The house is toward the end of a cul-de-sac. There is parking for 3 cars. There is also room for a boat trailer but you will need to confirm with hosts about parking. Other things to note Guests do not have access to garage. House is a raised home with garage on bottom.
