The space This property has gated security with live-in caretaker, parking space, and walking on a safe area with the local neighbors. A non-refundable fee of $150 is applied and you must read and agree the One Stop Roatan Pet Policy, please ask us about it. Guest access - You’ll have exclusive access to the house. Other things to note *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure. *In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service. ✈️ Flights & Passport: •⁠ Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay; otherwise, you won’t be able to travel to Honduras. •⁠ Direct flights from U.S to Roatan (RTB) are available with American (Miami & Dallas), United (Houston & Denver) and Delta (Atlanta). 😎 Concierge Service We partner with a concierge service that can assist you with transportation, car rental, any island activities, private chef and more during your stay!
