Only a short drive to the city or desert hiking and biking trails, you can have it all! The space This Guest home was built in 2023/24. It is a 650 sqft home with one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room, laundry closet, single vehicle carport and private patio. There is an extra, twin roll away bed for a child or third guest. This home has a beautiful city and Mountain View in a quiet nature reserve neighborhood. Guest access The entire guest property is available to the guest, minus the storage room. The host’s live at the house at the top of the hill, so please respect their privacy and stay on the property below the guest house. ** If you have more than one vehicle, please park one at the base of our hill as we only have one shared driveway access. Other things to note *Our property is in a nature reserve neighborhood. You will most likely see wildlife in the yard or in the surrounding area. *There is only space for one vehicle to park in our carport. If you have a second vehicle, you will need to park at the base of the hill and walk up to the house.
