Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 16, gorgeous country views on a working cattle farm, and spacious outdoor areas, game room, and there's something to entertain all ages! You can't go wrong!! Must sign rental agreement upon booking. The space Spacious property with ample living and outdoor areas. Property is on a gated working cattle ranch. 4 bedrooms plus additional sleeping in the game room Some of the amenities include: Corn Hole Fire Pit Gas BBQ Basketball Hoop Game Room Ping Pong Foosball Rope Swing Distance: 4 miles to Pismo Pier 6 miles to amazing wineries in San Luis Obispo Guest access You get the whole house! Other things to note Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors on the ranch at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and respectable noise levels are required at all hours. Ample parking in driveway We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests. No pets or parties are allowed. Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times. Lawn maintenance typically occurs on Thursdays. Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
