The space This beautiful 2 story home has a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 twin trundle beds in the 3rd bedroom. 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs while a half bath is located downstairs. Enjoy a cozy living room with large screen tv or gather together for a family game night. You will find a dedicated workspace with high speed mesh internet for remote work. The dining room table comfortably seats six. Three barstools are located at the kitchen island for additional seating. The kitchen comes with basic cooking supplies including an air fryer, toaster, waffle maker, and complimentary coffee bar. This home is located 15 minutes from Huntsville and has tons of restaurants and shopping near by. Please be aware; ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ARE PERMITTED. This is a quiet family oriented neighborhood and we respect our neighbors. This property is under exterior video surveillance. Any neighbor complaints or evidence of parties will result in a cancellation of your reservation and immediate removal from the property without refund. The maximum guest limit for this property is 8 people. Please be aware; ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE PROPERTY. This is a smoke free house and to make everyone’s experience pleasant we ask that you only smoke outside and please keep the door shut when smoking outside. The property is professionally cleaned after every guest. If the cleaning company reports indoor smoking a $350 cleaning fee will be charged. We are pet friendly. Dogs must be leashed if they are off property. Guests are responsible for their animals at all times. There is a $50 pet fee per reservation. Please clean up any animal waste from the yard (bags provided). A booked reservation is confirmation that the guest agrees with and will adhere to property policies. Guest access Guests will be provided an electronic code the day of arrival prior to check in time. Guest entry is through the driveway entry door. Other things to note Any left behind items can shipped back upon request. A fee of $20 plus shipping costs will be assessed for returned items. By acceptance of reservation guests agree to all policies listed and agree to abide by the house rules. Failure to abide by the house rules can result in fee penalties or reservation cancellation and immediate removal without refund.
