Bedrooms & Bathroom Two upstairs bedrooms provide a quiet retreat, each fitted with comfortable beds and room‑darkening shades. A full bathroom serves the upper level, and a futon in the office adds flexible sleeping space for an extra guest. The home sleeps up to six guests. Living Area Natural light fills the living room, which features a flat‑screen TV, board games and a reliable Ethernet connection. Fast WiFi runs at 353 Mbps, and a dedicated workspace makes video calls or focused work effortless. Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer and microwave, plus cookware, oil, salt and pepper. A Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and wine glasses sit beside a dining table for meals together. Amenities A shared basement houses a washer and dryer for your convenience. We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. 🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. 🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
