Description
Just a few blocks from our historical downtown Dickson Main St., this remodeled 1920s gas station sits within the College St. neighborhood and is the perfect stay for your small party getaway. You are walking distance from our favorite downtown restaurants and small shops, as well as our city's Henslee dog park, trails, and splashpad. The property sleeps up to four (one King & two twins) and welcomes your furry family friends with it's concrete floors and fully fenced side yard and patio. The space The Staytion is a one bedroom, one full bathroom property with a small kitchenet and den/living room space. In the main bedroom, there is a king size bed and a daybed that has a pull-out trundle that provides two twin mattresses. (perfect little space for the kids to nestle in with Mom & Dad) The den has one deep set sofa & two comfy lounger chairs. The bathroom has a full spacious walk-in shower with small vanity and the kitchenet is complete with a small retro refrigerator and microwave. Our patio is completely fenced with a firepit and four Adirondack chairs for evening fireside relaxation. Guest access The Staytion has one bay area and an external lean-to carport that both remain locked during guests stays. These are both located on the far left of the property. The remaining building space is solely for visiting guests use. On occasion, the property owners may need to retrieve something from their private spaces. This will be done quickly with as little disruption to your stay as possible as those areas are completely separate from the living space. Other things to note All within a one mile radius from the property is our city's Henslee Park and our Historical Downtown Dickson Main St. Our newest Park has over 4 miles of walking trails, a 4000 sq ft splashpad, and a 25000 sq ft playground area for the littles. For your furry family members, there is a fenced in dog park with separate spaces for the big or small, with added water and activity features. All free to the public and in walking distance from our Staytion. The Downtown area has many of our favorite restaurants and small shops. Stop by House Blend and grab a coffee and breakfast treat to munch on while you shop at House on Main. Grab lunch at our family owned restaurant, Back Alley BBQ with a little discount with your stay, then maybe a delicious milkshake from Katies Ice-cream. Dinner at Lugos with a drink at One19 Brewery to finish off the day. (Just to name a few)
