The Manor is ideal for accommodating your next large gathering with 11 bedrooms varying in size (comfortably sleeping 35 guests), 8 bathrooms (6 full: 1 jacuzzi, 1 steam shower/sauna, 2 half), an oversized-kitchen including 2 refrigerators and 1 overflow refrigerator, 2 dining rooms (comfortably seating 32 with additional 8 in adjoining room), 2 living rooms each featuring a large smart TV, and a heated adjacent game house with pool table, table tennis, foosball, and more. Outside the Manor, guests can enjoy the beautiful countryside from the patio with a fireplace, take a walk through the country meadow, or enjoy the adjoining pond with a ride on our paddle boat or cast a line for some catch-and-release fishing. HOUSE RULES - No smoking - No loud music - No school teams, sororities, proms, etc. - No parties - Please respect the neighbors and keep outdoor noises to a minimum after 11 PM - No drunkenness/irresponsible behavior due to consumption of alcoholic or drugs - No pets/animals anywhere on the premises (including in an RV) - Please do not take the Manor’s chairs outside Sorry, no exceptions.
