This beautiful home has a 3 min walk to the beach and offers great views of the ocean & bay. The deck is a wonderful oasis w/soothing sounds of the ocean waves and breeze. Walk in to the home with an open kitchen, dining and living room. The spacious master bedroom has a King bed along with daybed and trundle as well as bathroom with walk in shower. A 2nd guest room w/ King bed on first level. Upstairs is the loft w/ Twin/Full, Queen and Twin XL/Queen. Guest bath. Pet Friendly with pet deposit. The space The master bedroom is very spacious with a King size bed as well as a daybed that has trundle underneath that pulls out. Four people can comfortably sleep in this room. There is also a nice closet and dresser to store your clothes. The guest room on this level also has a King size bed and it's on closet. The armoire has some fun games inside! The spacious loft has nice beach and bay views all around. This room has a twin over full bunk bed, queen bed and twin xl over queen. The loft can sleep 8 and has beach and bay views. Enjoy the tiki bar on the ground level while you play a round of cornhole, darts or grill. The yard is completely fenced in so dogs can roam around outside! Guest access Everything can be used except the garage, the owner's closet in the master bath and the white cabinets in the laundry room. Other things to note Renters must be 25+ and staying at the beach house. A $300.00 security deposit “HOLD” will be processed 2 days prior to check in from the owners online booking platform. You will need to provide them with a credit card for this transaction “hold”. This is just a hold and will not be collected unless there are rule violations, damages to the property or guests do not follow the check out instructions. Please message us if you have any questions with regard to the security deposit. We are happy to help. No parties allowed. Guests will be asked to leave with no refund. Pets require a Pet Deposit.
