Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize all indoor and outdoor areas of the property, including the living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, dining areas, porch, and yard, once the rental agreement is signed & and a photo of your ID is uploaded and then you'll receive a unique code for the lock. Locked utility or maintenance areas should be respected for privacy. Other things to note - Please be aware that outdoor surveillance cameras have been installed above the front door, overlooking the driveway, and at the back patio door for the safety and security of all guests. - To enhance the taste of tap water, we've included a Brita filter for those who may find its flavor less appealing. - A signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
