Please keep in mind this is a basement unit in a triplex and there is a good chance there may be guest above/next to you. We do ask all guest to be courteous of their noise levels and respect quiet hours so shouldn't be an issue! The space You'll have your own private entry to the cozy studio basement unit. It is very comfortable and well lived in. Fully stocked kitchen, with an eating area that can be used as a workspace, in unit washer and dryer, fast wifi, and a great backyard to enjoy (shared)! Guest access Access to the studio apartment is a self check-in with smart lock keyless entry. You have one dedicated parking spot in the driveway on the left (east). The access is through the door next to the garage door. Upon entering, there will be a door immediately to your left (#2). This is your own private entrance with keyless self check-in. Other things to note Fantastic location with great walking trails right across the street, and the Little Logan River. Walking distance to both USU and Downtown. Currently the temperature of the unit is controlled by the upstairs unit, we have provided a space heater and fan to adjust to your liking. If it becomes uncomfortable in anyway, please let us know asap as we can remotely adjust as necessary (smart thermostat). Please note that you may have other guests in the unit directly above you/next to you and you may hear some noise or footsteps from them time to time. If you are a light sleeper or think this may bother you, you may want to book elsewhere.
