Elwood Loft does not have WiFi. Enjoy the simpler things in life by relaxing on the decking/seating to watch your horses graze in the fenced-in turnout area, soak in the 4-person hot tub, enjoy conversation around the fire pit, cookout on the gas grill, watch satellite tv/movies, or doze in front of the gas stove fireplace. This home is fully furnished and complete with a fully-stocked kitchen for your every need. Base rates are for 2 guests. We can accommodate up to 4 guests for additional charges. Minimum booking age to rent: 21 years. We have a friendly outdoor barn kitty on site who may come say hello. However, other than your own horses; no other pets are permitted. Please bring horse bedding (shavings) to refresh the stalls as you leave. Each stall has a light/fan/hay rack and window. All out-of-state horses must have a current, verifiable health certificate. Other things to note While you may not be able to see our full-time residential neighbors depending on the season, they are out there. Therefore we enforce outside quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
