This basement has a living room, two queen beds, a renovated bathroom with double vanity, a kitchenette and dining table. Washer/dryer is also available, along with other extras such as a smart TV, ping pong table, and games. 1 pet allowed The space Our home is one of Speedway's original farmhouses. We've put a lot of love into the renovations, but we haven't been able to get it fully soundproofed. If there are occupants upstairs you will most likely hear them. We do have quiet hours for the house, but please keep this in mind if you're especially sensitive to noise. Accommodation Details: - Sleeping Arrangements: Rest easy in one of two plush queen beds in a warmly decorated setting, ensuring a good night's sleep. The sleeping areas are separated by curtains and are on opposite sides of the building. There is also a sectional in the living and a queen-size air mattress if additional sleeping areas are needed. - Living Space: Unwind in a cozy living room, complete with a large smart TV for your entertainment needs. Whether you're catching up on your favorite shows or enjoying a movie night, this space is designed for relaxation. - Bathroom Bliss: Refresh and rejuvenate in a fully renovated bathroom, equipped with double vanities, offering ample space for everyone. - Kitchenette Necessities: Satisfy your snack cravings or brew your morning coffee with ease in our kitchenette. Please note the main floor above the basement may have guests. The basement has a separate private entrance and has been insulated. You will also have full access to the driveway which is big enough for 3 cars. While the basement is exclusively yours, you might find yourself sharing the charming front yard and backyard with other guests. These shared spaces are perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening. You have access to the picnic table in the backyard behind the garage. Other areas in the yard are reserved for guests in the top floor. Other things to note Speedway Town Hall and Police Station is across the street. Please be mindful of local laws and ordinances.
