The Little Blue Cottage

Escape to this peaceful waterfront cottage and enjoy everything the crick life has to offer. You can start your day drinking coffee on the porch rockers watching the birds do their morning routine and finish your day drinking a cold beverage enjoying the sunset colors on the water or start a small fire in the fire pit right on the edge of the water. Bring your Kayaks and SUP boards or fishing rods or crab lines to catch crabs off the pier. Bike to the local sites. The space The Little Blue Cottage has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. One of the two bathrooms has handicap bars and open shower. The dining table seats six. The property is 2.5 acres with water views from the porch. There is a large screen TV in the living room with streaming capability. The Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances (toaster, crockpot, coffee maker and much more). There is plenty of linens, towels, blankets for guests to use. Games, cards and puzzles are also there for enjoyment. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and property grounds. The NEW pier finished this spring 2025 is available for fishing, crabbing or just enjoying the dock and water.
