The space This beautiful villa welcomes you with a large terrace where you can enjoy your days at the pool, have a barbecue for dinner or just relax with the incredible views, and the wonderful breeze flowing through the villa. On the 1st floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your meals and set the table on the terrace dining room to enjoy the outdoors. In the evening you can enjoy a movie or board game night. In the hallway of the first floor is located a half bathroom and laundry area and at the back is the master bedroom, this spacious bedroom has its own bathroom, beautiful views and has access to the terrace and pool. Going up to the second floor you will find a full bathroom and two bedrooms, each with access to a large terrace with spectacular ocean views. This home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. PLEASE NOTE. There is ongoing construction next to this property. You might experience some noise during your stay. Guest access -You’ll have exclusive access to the entire house and it's private pool. -Next to the property is a twin house belonging to the owner's family. During your stay, this house will remain unoccupied, ensuring privacy and tranquility. -The beach and pool at the Coral Views community are about a 15-minute walk (including a large hill) or a 3-minute drive—perfect for sunbathing, strolling, or simply soaking in the tropical beauty. While the area has some seaweed and rocks, not ideal for swimming, it’s still a stunning spot to relax and enjoy the ocean. Plus, there’s a beautiful dock with a ladder where you can take a refreshing dip. Other things to note * Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure. *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service. *Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently.
