It is a second floor apartment (so there are some steps). It is furnished with every thing you need for a relaxing stay. There is a queen bed. Upon request, a foldaway bed for another person is available for $10/ per night charge. Guest access Access is around the garage with door to the apartment on the deck. Key is in a lock box. Other things to note You will have access to a deck space with a gas fire table with glass rocks to sit around and relax. Infrared sauna is available and shared by hosts.
