This house is truly breathtaking. The artistry and detail put into this beautiful property is second to none. The beach is just a few hundred metres from the property; walk out your front door and within a few minutes you are at one of the most beautiful beaches in Guanacaste. It is located inside the community of Las Golondrinas in Hacienda Pinilla, one of the few beachfront communities in this prestigious location. The backyard is an oasis with a pool, lounge, and eating area. The space This is a 4 bedroom home, with a gym and private pool. The outdoor area has a large eating area and lounge area, with mini fridge, wine cooler, outside sink, and outdoor glasses and cups. There are lounge chairs throughout the deck and yard for maximum relaxation. There is a small putting green to practice, or just have fun. There is an outdoor shower and toilet for washing off sand after the beach or using the restroom when you are out enjoying the pool. Access to Beach Club included. $5 fee per guest non consumable. Home has a private pool. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. Guest access The space is yours to use, though a small office is kept locked for the owners. There are also 2 cabinets in the laundry room kept locked, as well as on both main floor bedrooms. Please don't try to open these, there is more than enough space in the closets. Other things to note Hacienda Pinilla is large, a over 4,200 acre property. We recommend you stop for groceries before you arrive, especially if you have had a long trip and don't want to drive again. Fuego Blue and Il Rustico both deliver pizza if you want to order in, their contact is in the welcome booklet. Any guests will need permission to enter Hacienda Pinilla sent to the front security gate, so please make sure to get a hold of your host to arrange this if needed. The Beach Club is a great day option, and they serve food and have a bar. It is $5 per person for our Rental Guests to enter the club. No longer consumable. This is a change from previous years.
