The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. Don't want to cook, no problem! Explore all that Perry and the surrounding areas have to offer. Letchworth State Park is a short 15 min drive. We hope that you will come and stay with us, we would love to be your host! The space This open concept studio boasts calming Magnolia style decor. The queen bed is located in a sleeping nook with your own electric fireplace and view of the lake from your adjustable bed. Sit and enjoy the quiet lakeside morning in the cozy living area or relax in the evening reading, playing games, or binging your favorite show on DirectTV. Couch in living rooms pulls out to make a full size bed for an additional two guests. You'll love cooking in our fully stocked kitchen, no need to bring anything but the food! Guest access You are welcome to use all outdoor areas to include the white dock to the left of the studio. There is a fire-pit and wood provided for your convenience. Kayaks are available along with a paddle board, life jackets are provided as well and should be used anytime you go out on the lake.
