Per "Ocean City Fire Prevention Code": The use of charcoal or gas grills on balconies, decks or any area within 15 feet of a condominium or apartment building that has 3 or more living units is prohibited. *Check-In: 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. via lockbox AFTER parking permit is obtained. *Check-Out: 10:00 a.m. PARKING: Guests will use parking pass(es) that are located in the wire rack in the condo's kitchen.
