A gourmet kitchen with double oven, massive stainelss fridge, and all the small appliances and gadgets make this home perfect for cooking and entertaining. Beautiful wood dining set in the kitchen/dining area seats 6, with elegant place settings for colorful meals, and the kitchen center island features two bar stools for socializing with the chef, making this space the heart of the home. This room boasts a full wet bar perfect for buffet and bar service and a huge screen and overstuffed recliner seating for 6 on carpeted risers, and a projector connected to Apple TV for streaming services, or for use with HDMI for connection to your devices. This room is the perfect spot for viewing your favorite entertainment. Black out curtains and floor lighting means you really feel like you're at the cinema!  The flagstone patio off the sun porch is the perfect place for outdoor entertainment with table seating for six, a six person hot tub, a propane grill and a weber Charcoal grill and sun loungers under a pergola with established and maintained garden creates an outdoor oasis in a beautiful courtyard setting.
