We have 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and an outdoor shower with a view to the stars. Also 2 terraces to enjoy the outdoors and relax with the amazing ocean breeze and sounds of the neighboring palm trees. Includes an amazing open space living room, dining area and kitchen . All 3 bedrooms have darkening shades for a long nights and restful sleep if you want to wake up after the sun is out . Plenty of walkable diversions & options making it the perfect base for your say. We have a water sistern in case of low water pressure or water loss from Main Water Authority during a weather emergency. In case of loss of power, a back up generator is available which runs the whole house . For security purposes we have outdoor camaras . Guest access Casa Monsita has entrance. The front gate with a foyer and a front door No parking available on premises, but there is plenty of street parking is available at no cost on the left hand side of the street. Other things to note In case of power loss in the area , don't panic, in a matter of 1 minute the generator will kick in because we have a full powered generator with automatic transfer switch available . All we ask our guests is to please be mindful of consumption as diesel replacement is not as quick as we would like and if diesel runs out, the generator won't work . For example- not to turn on all a/c s during the day ( only 1 in the living room). At night its ok to turn on bedroom a/c's. Please we ask also to turn off all a/c s , lights & appliances when not in the house & keep the windows closed since we are in the tropics and it can rain any minute unexpectely.
