Located on the Shores of Lake Clear, just North of Saranac Lake and Lake Placid, this rental sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms (7 beds) and 3 full bathrooms (two newly renovated). 200 feet of lakefront on this exclusive, private access-only lake. Boat house with boats, dock, ping pong table, proximity to world class winter and summer activities. The space This log-built cabin features tongue and groove ceilings and exposed log walls for the quintessential cabin experience. The main bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and lake views. A guest room with queen bed and access to newly added full bathroom sleeps two and the bunk room with 3 twin beds and one full bed sleeps 5 with newly renovated en-suite with shower/tub combo. Additional sleeping for 2 on sleeper sofa in livingroom. Great Room with living room seating for 11 is perfect for large gatherings. Large mud-room and Laundry complete the house. Other than the main cabin, the property features 3 out-buildings -- including a boathouse with second-floor rec space with ping-pong table and twin beds for the warmer months. Sprawling lawn leads to 180 feet of private lake access. Deck with grill and lake-side firepit. Winter months offer close access to Whiteface and Titus and local ski hill Mt. Pisgah, only 10 minutes down the road. There is incredible cross-country skiing via the newly completed Rail Trail which is also considered a destination for Snow Mobiling. Summer months, the options are limitless. The St. Regis area is considered some of the best padding in the country and can be accessed via Lake Clear. The lake itself is peaceful and serene with no public boating access and a uniquely sandy shoreline. The hiking in the area is plentiful with the high peaks right at your doorstep and the Rail Trail half a mile away. With plenty of local attractions and other publicly accessible lakes to access, you'll never run out of options. Guest access Guests have access to house and boat house including use of the dock. Other things to note 3 kayaks, 1 youth kayak, Row boat, SUP and 2 Person Lightweight Canoe along with a variety of children's and adult life jackets are available in the boathouse for summer months.
