The space 🏡 The Space This private guesthouse offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: • Cozy living room with plush seating and a large Roku Smart TV • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook at home • Dining area for shared meals or game nights • Private washer and dryer inside the home • Spacious outdoor deck with peaceful seating to enjoy the views and fresh country air Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck or watching a movie after a day exploring the coast, this home is designed for total comfort. 🛌 Sleeping Arrangements • Primary Suite: King-size bed, Roku Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower • Guest Bedroom: Queen-size bed with a full bathroom just across the hall • Bonus Room: Connected to the primary suite, this flexible space includes a vanity and works well as a quiet office, nursery, or playroom. You can set up a pack 'n play or twin floor mattress for a child to sleep close to mom and dad. The layout is perfect for couples, families, or even two friends or couples traveling together. 🌾 Know Before You Book Please note that this is a rural, working farm property: • You may hear roosters or other barnyard sounds during the day • Occasional (infrequent) noise may carry from a nearby private gun range • The home runs on well water, so in rare cases of power outage, water may be temporarily unavailable • These are natural and rare occurrences that come with the rural charm—refunds will not be issued for things outside our control 🐾 Pet-Friendly We welcome up to 2 pets! A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet. Guests must review and agree to our pet policy before booking. 🐶🐾 📍 The Location Lilly’s Guesthouse feels like a world away but keeps you close to everything: • 5 minutes to Arroyo Grande Village — shops, restaurants, wine tasting • 15 minutes to Lopez Lake — hiking, boating, and fishing • Easy drives to San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, and Edna Valley wine country 📌 Please Note: Guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and complete a security deposit authorization 2 days prior to arrival.This home sits on a large estate property at the top of the hill at the very end of the road. The friendly owner and her family live on the property in another home. NOTE: This home is located in a rural setting with wildlife, insects and barnyard animals on and near the property. You may hear roosters in the distance or encounter wildlife. We are on a well so if the power goes out, there will be no water. While this happens infrequently, we can not control it and we will not issue refunds for issues outside of our control or issues related to the beautiful wild farm sanctuary we have created and shared with guests. NOTE: Up to two pets allowed, $100 per pet non refundable pet fee and guest must agree to pet policy Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, patio area outside front door and two-car garage, except the lower basement storage area (locked door in hallway). Please do not venture up to the main house or down to the farm/barn area. *Access code and other important entry instructions will be sent to you on the day before your check in via the booking app and in an email. *This home does not allow for EV car charging and does not have an EV Charger, please make other offsite plans for charging your electric vehicle if staying at this home. We are not responsible for any electrical issues you may encounter if you overload the older electrical system of this home by plugging in a vehicle *No mail or packages may be received at this home
