Enjoy this gated hilltop home located in the west hills of Atascadero on 2.5 acres of oak-studded forest, centrally located in San Luis Obispo County, just about 20 minutes drive from all of these popular destinations: the bustling city of San Luis Obispo, the Cal Poly University campus, the beaches of Morro Bay and the Wine Country of Paso Robles. But you might not want to leave this peaceful oasis with a private pool, firepit seating and forever views from every room! The space ❄️ WINTER SPECIAL: Book a stay of 3 nights between January 1st and February 28th to enjoy COMPLIMENTARY pool heating! Soak in the warmth while taking in our breathtaking hilltop views—this exclusive offer is only available for stays completed within these dates. Inside guests will enjoy four bedrooms and three and half bathrooms, a great room with two fireplaces, plus a chef's dream kitchen with a large stainless steel prep island with pasta sink and bar seating, wine fridge, double ovens and a gas range. Relax by the pool during the day, and then enjoy cooking a wonderful meal for your group in the evening. Upon entering this home from the protected interior courtyard with private pool, guests can choose to relax in the sitting room with floor to ceiling windows looking out at the Santa Lucia mountains, or enjoy the family room with the leather sofa sectional and flat screen TV. Both rooms enjoy a gas fireplace and the kitchen is part of this great room, with a large bar island for social meal preparation with friends and family. A double oven and gas range will delight the chef in the group! The primary suite enjoys the same panoramic views as the great room, with a Cal King bed, a romantic gas fireplace and an en suite bathroom with deep soaking jetted tub. Down the hall is the second guest bedroom with a Cal King bed and attached full bathroom, and at the end of the hallway, our Family Suite offers a Cal King bed, two twin beds (trundle style) and a full size crib, plus an attached full bath and a private door to the patio and pool area. The den bedroom features a queen size floor mattress and doors that close for privacy. Pool Heating: May through September-the pool is heated for free with a solar system. The water temperature is usually in the 80s but can’t be guaranteed. You have the option to pay an additional fee for summer heating in case you visit during a cold spell or you prefer the water warmer for $250 for stays of 3 days or less and $60 more for each additional day of your stay, heated to 85 degrees. October through April-the pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional fee of $390 for stays of 3 days or less and $90 more for each additional day over three. We need 24 hours notice for gas heating and it must be for the duration of your stay. Guests are required to provide the following to finalize their reservation through our reservation software after booking: Sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and complete the authorization for the security deposit 2 days prior to arriving at the property. NOTE: This home has exterior security cameras recording both audio and video 24/7 for your safety and that of the property when vacant. Tampering with security cameras is a violation of house rules and could result in immediate eviction without refund.
