Just let us know and we’ll provide it. • ALLOWED ONE PET weighing up to 25 Lbs, , more than one Pet or weighing more requires authorization from our company : We are happy for guests to bring their pets with prior arrangements. However, for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, they are not allowed on furnishings or beds. Substantial extra charges will apply if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use. • The Pool CAN NOT BE HEATED. The pool has stains on the bottom due to the construction time. • Starter Kit for your arrival: ** Bath towels and Hand towels. All our vacation homes are self-catering. Which means the guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including 1 dish sponge 1 dish detergent, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 garbage bag per bin and 3 extras for replacement, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom, 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash set per bathroom Housekeeping: Kindly keep in mind that this vacation home is self-maintained/catered and that daily housekeeping services are not provided. The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized prior to each check-in, and it is the guest's responsibility to maintain the property during the stay. Cleaning service during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Food and Condiments: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open products in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided. We’re located in a vacation area, with other AIRBNB units. If for some reason, inconvenient noise after 10 pm happens, please call 911, and the police will be there right away. Other things to note *It is not allowed to use power from the unit to charge electric car batteries, a fine of $200 will be imposed. • Cancelation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. It's forbidden to smoke inside the house. Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and other tobacco products) is strictly prohibited inside the property, including all rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and commom areas. Penalties: Any person who violates s.386.204 commits a noncriminal violation as defined in s.775.08(3), punishable by a fine of $250 for the first violation and $400 for each subsequent violation. Pool cleaning is scheduled for every Wednesday, and may be subject to change due to external factors. The technician needs to access the pool area and we advise not using the pool for approximately 3 hours after maintenance. We are happy for guests to bring their pets by prior arrangement. ONE PET is ALLOWED weighing up to 25 pounds, more than one pet or over 25 pounds requires authorization from our company.
