The home is particularly catered toward hikers, mountain bikers, active families, and groups visiting Arizona. We welcome business retreat groups, camping groups heading in or out of the canyon, leadership groups, and families with teenage/elementary kids - or any other type of group that wants to have a fantastic time in AZ! - Respectful groups that will follow the 10:00 pm quiet time and will also respect the cleaner's time and not check in early or check out late without prior approval. Who this home is not best for: - Someone expecting staff onsite 24/7 to cater to your every need at any moment - Events of any kind. We have limited parking and cannot accommodate additional guests other than what is listed and is limited to 17 at all times. This includes graduation dinners where you invite 20 additional people or a bachelorette party where you invite 10 extra people, just for a few hours. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and we must always be aware of the long-term residents in the area. Do not illegally download media on the WiFi. The internet company tracks this and guests will be charged the fines and fees through the internet company, which are quite substantial. There is no smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed in the house. No parties and no weddings are permitted at this location. Covid Precautions: This property offers self-check-in and due to Covid-19 concerns, we have implemented strict cleaning and sanitation measures prior to check-in.
