Welcome to the Brentwood Chalet in The Hideout

This spacious home is nestled in the Hideout in the Poconos! Just two hours from NYC and Philadelphia. As part of The Hideout, guests will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, playgrounds, ski slopes, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center (indoor courts, game room, gym), art center, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar. The space This is the place to be for any vacation whether summer or winter. This 3 BR, 3 Bath house with sleeping loft and private sleeping area in the full finished basement can sleep 13 comfortably. It is in the "Golden Triangle" of this recreational community. Just a 10 minute walk to the main beach/pool/tiki bar and ski in/ski out from the ski hill. Come into the main floor with cathedral ceilings, open floor plan featuring the main living room, dining area a fully stocked kitchen. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom are also on this floor. The large, spacious deck leads to a secluded, screened in porch for outdoor eating and then out the a private back deck with fenced in area for the dogs. The second floor features and oversized loft with dedicated workspace and twin/twin bunk beds, the master suite with king sized bed and en suite full bath. The full finished basement has a family room area, complete with ping pong table, dart board, another sleeping area with 2 twin beds and a twin trundle as well as a full bathroom. Pool, lake and outdoor court access are included in every booking. ****Please Note: Maximum occupancy is enforced by the township law and community guidelines. All souls are counted even infants and children. This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract, provide a copy of your picture ID and agree to the community and house rules this is a community and a township regulation. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 6 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.**** Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note *************************************************************************** Please note the following: The maximum occupancy of this home is 13, this includes infants and children and is strictly adhered to. We charge an additional $100 fee per person over 10 and up to 13. There are only 6 cars permitted to be parked on property. ! This home is located in a secured, private community. Service Animals & ESAs (Emotional Support Animals) We gladly welcome service dogs as defined by the ADA. These are dogs individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities. Under federal and Pennsylvania law, they are permitted in all public spaces, including this listing. Please note: • You are not required to show certification, but the dog must be under control at all times. • We may ask if the dog is required due to a disability and what task it has been trained to perform (as allowed by law). Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not covered by the ADA for public access. While ESAs are protected under the Fair Housing Act, they are not automatically allowed in short-term vacation rentals unless permitted by the host.
