With anywhere from multiple pools to king size beds, to 55 inch TV's, we have it all ready for you to experience and we want to help you create all of the best memories with you and your family. We really hope you enjoy the condo! The space Manta Del Ray at Lana Kai is a peaceful and cozy oasis directly across from the beach with private deeded beach access. It's centrally located on West Beach Blvd. with a 15 min walk to The Hangout and Pink Pony, and a 4 min. walk from door to sand. Our 2bd/2BA condo has been completely renovated with luxury amenities & bedding, as well as two free covered parking spots. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and in-unit HE washer & dryer, as well as 55-inch TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. This condo also features a nice, updated balcony with outdoor seating overlooking 2 pools as well as a Gulf view. Finally, wake up to a stocked coffee/tea bar in the kitchen, or walk a block down the street to the West Beach Coffee House. This unit comes equipped with king size beds in both bedrooms, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. We've also provided beach chairs as well as a pack n play, air mattress, and toys for the kiddos if needed. Relax and unwind in this cozy condo with you and your family or enjoy the short walk to the beach and local shops! Guest access At Lana Kai, you will have access to the entire condo, as well as access to two different pools on-site. One pool is for families, and the other pool is for adults only. You will also have access to the barbeque area around pool & back grass of Lana Kai, as well as deeded beach access across the street. 1 parking pass included with reservation. Extras can be purchased for $50 each. Other things to note Lani Kai is a low density, private complex in the heart of Gulf Shores. 2bd/ 2 ba unit with king beds in each room, and new 2024 queen sleeper sofa. Completely renovated in March 2024 with new appliances, walk-in shower and new King beds. With it's BUNGALOW VIBE it's the perfect oasis for relaxing! With easy access to the street with 1 flight of stairs. NO ELEVATOR WAIT!! *Linens & towels provided. *Turkish Beach towels for guest use during stay. *Basic cooking essentials (oil, sugar, salt &pepper, Pam spray) * Starter kit of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. *Basic beach essentials- toys, bougie board, and 2 backpack chairs. However, we are right next door to Ike's Beach Rentals if you possess a more luxury, or adventurous spirit. ⚠️ Construction Notice (late October 2025 – June 2026): Our condo complex will be undergoing planned walkway and deck construction across different buildings between October 2025 and June 2026. While this work helps keep the property in great shape, we want to be fully transparent so there are no surprises during your stay. The good news is: ✅ Our building will always remain accessible during your visit. ✅ All shared amenities (like the pool and beach access) are expected to stay open. ✅ We’ve already blocked availability during the weeks our specific building will be directly affected. That said, you may hear construction noise during normal working hours on weekdays. We truly appreciate your patience as the complex improves, and we're doing everything we can to minimize the impact on your stay.
