Traveling to the Portland area? Beautiful, quiet, safe, rural home situated near Oregon City, Estacada & nearby Milo McIver Park, Happy Valley, Clackamas, Lake Oswego & West Linn to name a few. This is a great location to enjoy many activities - yet far enough away to feel like a country retreat. Sunrise & sunset offer wonderful views. Quiet, safe, tranquil, peaceful are the words to describe this home. Note: This home can accommodate four people comfortably with an extra fee! The space Located on nearly 6 acres of beautiful pasture land surrounded by fields & trees. Generally very quiet with easy access to bike riding or running/walking roads right out the driveway. Also close to Milo McIver Park which is a huge and very multi purpose park. This home is shared but completely divided from the owners home. Set up similar to duplex situation. Owner has one horse and several adult friendly labradors and a couple of outdoor cats. Please note : clothes washer and dryer are not available. Guest access Guests have access to their home with private front door and sunrise deck. Parking available in large driveway. Private backyard patio for sunsets. Other things to note This unit available for short term or longer depending on the situation. No pets allowed temporarily - until we clean the carpets. However, do inquire and we can possibly make an exception with pet fee. This home can accommodate 4 people easily with a king bed for two in the master bedroom , and queen bed for two in the 2nd bedroom. Also extra persons -with fee - . Just inquire & let me know . We are looking at possibly allowing small events like weddings, baby & bridal showers- or small reunions. Please inquire and we can discuss the possibilities :)
