The space You'll have full, private access to the entire property. The bungalow is tucked on the back of an oversized lot in a safe, serene, tree-lined neighborhood. Backyard is fully fenced in. The extra long driveway can accommodate up to three cars. Free street parking in neighborhood. Location: Orlando International Airport: 7.6 miles/20 min. Universal Studios: 7.7 miles/20 min. The property is a certified bird and butterfly habitat, so keep an eye out for woodpeckers, bluejays, and cardinals at the bird feeders! Guest access The house is self check-in. The code for the keypad on the front door will be given the day of arrival. Other things to note My goal is to offer you a home away from home, which is why the space is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is cleaned throughly between guests and is equipped with an air purifier designed for pet-friendly establishments. That being said, pet dander can linger, so if you're allergic to cats or dogs, this might not be the best place for you. Although fur babies are loved and welcome, if your pet destroys anything, you will be responsible for the cost of the repair. If you are bringing fur babies, please let me know what kind when booking. Pet bowls are provided. For cats, I supply a litter box, litter, and cat treats. For dogs, I supply dog treats and poop bags. The house operates on a septic tank, so please only flush toilet paper--no wipes or feminine products. Thank you in advance!
