Pawleys Island is a coastal historic town with rich history. Located 25 miles south of Myrtle Beach and 68 miles north of Charleston, Pawleys Island is approximately 4 1/2 miles long and is non-commercial. There are, however, several grocery stores, pharmacies, and local restaurants to enjoy during your stay. The space LINENS/TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (packages available to rent upon request): Welcome Oyster PI! This 4-bedroom property is perfect for your family and friends! The home allows for the whole family to be together, whether cooking, playing games or watching a movie after a fun-filled day on Pawleys. Each floor has its own separate stairs to gain access to the living & sleeping area. It's the perfect home for those families with in-laws or grandparents that want a little more privacy. The upstairs area offers two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom giving you plenty of space with an open living and full kitchen area. The ground level quarters offer you 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This floor comes with its own small kitchenette that gives you that industrial feel, plenty of space for just relaxing and/or entertaining -it's a complete remodel. This unique South end home is just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach and the public boat access on Pritchard Street. Bring or rent a boat and explore the Pawleys Island Creek, or simply spend time on the beach- you can't lose! Oyster PI is a special home giving you a comfortable and warm Pawleys feel and ready to welcome you on your vacation year after year! Dog-Friendly - one dog only, 50lbs or less with a non-refundable dog fee. No Smoking. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
